Another court arraignment this morning for something they made up. This time, not only did they invent "me" driving, they also invented an accident, "me" leaving the scene of this accident in a truck that is not mine. None of this is true.

So, in court today, there was a Birth Certificate in the court file. I didn't put it there. I know this one will most likely be dropped (they just make something up about me every 4 months or so)

Who. In the fuck put it there? :/

For some reasons, this term doesn't fit. :/

What is an arraignment hearing? An arraignment hearing is usually your first appearance in court before a judicial officer for your infraction ticket. You will be advised of your rights and informed of the charges against you. You will be asked to enter a plea to those charges. You may have a lawyer represent you or you may choose to handle your case yourself. You will not be entitled to court appointed counsel.
