Just proofing my thought process here : For JOINDER to be presumed / forced, in an English speaking jurisdiction, when coming from a French speaking place, proof that English is at least UNDERSTOOD is required, OR The govt acting as TRUSTY with the PASSPORT and/or DRIVER's LICENSE, already has YOUr CONSENT and can hold YOU ACCOUNTABLE for violations committed in jurisdictions where their LICENSES are RECOGNIZED ?

The government is SURETY for your LEGAL PERSON. The TRUSTEES (In the US need to UNDERSTAND the documents presented, and ONLY ENGLISH is "Legal" down there.

And then the govt, acting as TRUSTEE, is going to try and pin SURETY on ME, for any charge, using the signature on either document presented as proof of SURETY, as MY consent/ACCOUNTABILITY ?

The LICENCE is your accountability.

In a place like Canada, the official Language being French AND/OR English, both can create JOINDER. That would make sence.

OFFICIAL Language = The one that has JOINDER
