I.. u know how i said someone may comment on something etc which i had never heard of before so i try first of all try and figure out the jist of it.. or what theyre on about which sometimes can be like ahh wow yes i get or hmmm i think i need to reread and reread that to even get the basic concept of it.. and right now im still trying to find out what tender for law is as i only come across this last night.. so right now i have no opinion
