Dear Justice,
I have all the good reasons to believe that City of Terrebonne wants YOU to ASSIST them to better violates all my fundamental rights.
They want YOU, who has been hired by l�Assembl�e Nationale du Qu�bec, this same Asseml� who consented and advised Her Majesty to enact these same RIGHTS they are violating, to HELP them do so.
So I have no other choices than to demand for SECURITY FOR COSTS, and to DEFEND my rights.
Oh, and by the way, I am Pierre, the man who possesses the juridical personality named PIERRE DAOUST inscription 1196604112851.
If ever the Quebec Charter of Rights and Freedom is not accepted and/or recognized in this court of justice, let me know in writing please.
As far as the defamation allegations, I really don�t understand which PERSON I could have defamed in any ways.
