It seems the city is trying to make an interlocutory injunction. This is where having your name liened would be handy; NOTICE OF MISTAKE (Followed by NOTICE OF FRAUD, if there is any more paperwork received) attached to the paperwork, and sent back, would be all you need.

Back when they were following the rules, (Or putting on a show for me, depending on who you ask) I used to do all of these cases PRO SE. Yes, AS THE PERSON. I had THAT MUCH TRUST.

So let's use a case where an INTERLOCUTORY INJUNCTION was filed against ME. WEBCAPADES v.DUNCAN filed an interlocutory injunction against me, for EXACTLY THE SAME THING! :D

They lost. The ONLY difference is that in PETE'S case, I would demand security for costs (Because there is trust interests involved)

There is a serious CHARTER issue here.

The GOVERNMENT cannot, under EITHER charter (CANADA or QUEBEC) be defamed. Only a PERSON can be "defamed".

The CHARTERS GUARANTEE that the government has no right to interfere with any "expression" that may serve to criticize it.

"There are limits to free speech" is NOT A VALID ARGUMENT! It just isn't! IF THERE ARE LIMITS, THEN IT'S NOT FREE!

You might include that in the NOTICE OF FRAUD that I suspect might be needed here.
