It seems the city is trying to make an interlocutory injunction. This is where having your name liened would be handy; NOTICE OF MISTAKE (Followed by NOTICE OF FRAUD, if there is any more paperwork received) attached to the paperwork, and sent back, would be all you need.

Back when they were following the rules, (Or putting on a show for me, depending on who you ask) I used to do all of these cases PRO SE. Yes, AS THE PERSON. I had THAT MUCH TRUST.
So let's use a case where an INTERLOCUTORY INJUNCTION was filed against ME. WEBCAPADES v.DUNCAN filed an interlocutory injunction against me, for EXACTLY THE SAME THING! :D

I have all the good reasons to believe that City of Terrebonne wants YOU to ASSIST them to better violates all my fundamental rights.

Once it finally dawned on me, if the government agencies are not willing to honor these Bills of Exchange, and if our person's rights are not been protected, then IN FACT the tender for law that money provides is FRAUD!
Spoiler alert: Scott said from day one THAT was part of the purpose of The Tender for Law. To show the fraud behind fiat money, because money it's connected to "law." We are paying for these "laws" with our lives, and we are not getting what we paid for. :/
Apparently, when the response is filed with the court, there's a $180 fee for that.
