I'm not proposing anything. I don't know enough about networking, or the way these entities are run, to have a relevant opinion. Just looking for facts, is all.
If there's no other legitimate reason his device might be NATO tagged, and it is, and he's avoiding the questions(with LIES no less), then yeah, I think we can reasonably say 'Government thug'.
