The Administrator is an AGENT. Is not separate. You can only be HIM (The PRINCIPAL), or ACT as AGENT for HIM. What you want is to always give notice, and qualify your signature to avoid being an agent with surety. You can sign as Administrator/Agent without surety. You can act as agent, and still not be surety, ONLY if you know what you are doing.
