Sitting in this train, I am deemed being a legal person. Simply by the fact that legal money has been used to buy the train ticket. So the presumption is fair, right?
This is the reason why that train ticket has been bought by an AGENCY, not me :P
So I have NO SURETY sitting in that train, right?
