Fight it in court. Plea NOT-GUILTY and then ask in court if you can use the security of the person so that security could discharge that debt :D

If they say NO, ask them why we have that right to the security of the person, and we can't use it? :D

What about surety? Does signing the drivers liscence create joinder and put surety on me?

Would it also be a good idea to send them a letter registered mail asking these questions?
