I'm broke now, family and friends are gone, can't fight back like I need too, been fighting since 2012. Put a lawsuit in around 2014 that wasn't done wright, and have been unlawfully incarcerated twice now for 3 months at a time. Second time I was going to my date assignment to see if it was actually cancelled, and to file a motion to seek leave of two justices of the supreme court. And they incarcerated me using automatic weapons! I have mental disorder's that my doctor's have back me saying, that it was caused by the justice system in EDM, and now the justice system in NS where/are pulling triggers of my illness! I tried to learn everything I could as I went along losing many court case's, but found out how they do business! But it never seemed to be enough, or put in properly�

Well they said it doesn't make sense, my claim. And that wasn't the mane point of the lawsuit, they have drug me threw a number of charges, with no proof of willful harm or violation to someone, except on one charge, the rest they don't even have the ability to show wilfully harm or violation! If that make sense?

Most of it at first, but then I got turned on to another guy that does education on a marker board in what looks like his basement..then I learned a bit about the different writs, for a jurisdictional challenge�.

The best way to do that, is to start reading EVERYTHING in this group(comments are also a must), and the published notes on Scott Duncan's Facebook page(the Notes section).

Then begin to VERIFY what you've read.

One thing I'm wondering, is if I have not wilfully harmed or violated someone or someone property, without their consent, I have not committed a crime and cannot be punished, So if they don't or can't show wilfulness how are they punishing me, other than my fear to be shot or beaten if I don't comply ??

If I could afford to get a gun I would, but I can't even afford to eat. And everything I have is for sale, all I got left is a TV, two guitars and my drums, will triad for a gun! And I'm in Cape Breton, NS. Organize who�lol Their all Gov worker's or agents�

If I could help I would. That's another thing I've learned from Scott. Take what you need and give the rest away. I too could never afford to spend ridiculous amounts of money on registered mail and all this shit to play a game I cannot win. Others have and they've created a public record that is necessary but I had to live.

I hear the banking system is going to collapse and start a war so I've made the decision to position myself in regard to that. I'll probably die but I made the best decision this semi-evolved chimp could.

A man with nothing to lose, and the ability to fight back. I'm pissed off and ready to kill. I pay music very well, I worked out west in the oil patch, on oil rigs, and then I was a class one truck drive in the bush, then I was working on my mobile crane/boom truck ticket. Shortly after, I got locked up for 6 months in the old EDM remand centre, and got bet down by the guards, to witch I now have my injuries, in my neck, back and arms, and suffer from PTSD and all the lovely things that come's with it.

Idiots are incapable of committing crimes, or entering into contracts? I don't think thats going to work! But,�what evidence does this court have that I have any SURETY in this matter?�, and �by what authority does this court attach ANY name derived from a PUBLIC DOCUMENT to me? Or if you are in court against your will you might find it useful to demand proof that the government has STANDING as a PRIVATE PERSON. This also applies in the UNITED STATES. If the court refuses to provide proof, INFORM the court that you intend to offer as PROOF FOR APPEAL an objection to this presumption of "PERSONHOOD" that the court has arbitrarily granted the government, and a demand for $1,000,000 SECURITY FOR COSTS.

One thing that I haven't found out, is the proper man or woman to put on my claim? No one seems to have any liability in the justice system! I may continue with the claim I started, or start a new one. But knowing who to start my claim on, will allow me to figure out the main purpose for my claim. Who has liability?
