Without UNDERSTANDING they can not proceed. Like the Judge said, Its up to the state the proof of burden not him..Then after when it was over the Judge said out loud, seems you have defended yourself well. Cause I said let's take it to trial but the answer put forth must then be answered and proven at the trial to which I already have evidence for that I am not SURETY FOR THE NAME...cause he was the same judge for my case in 2014... The PD lawyers were trying to say I was incompetent. The judge even asked them to be present for the trial and they said no..that they would find some kind regional lawyer shit... that when the state finally spoke and gave in.
