My best advice is stand your ground .. you will be scared but dont let fear get the best of you.. I was so scared this last time I was even considered getting a lawyer and almost attorned. The best weapon is the element of surpise.. fuck sending it in and dealing in private they don't follow the rules.. only present it on Mandatory docketing.. right before the trial. That way the STATE is not prepared for you. They won't leave you for last so that they are no witnesses left in the courtroom.. this case continued cause that the beginning of the case they were ready for me and I had no witnesses and they saved me for last . Then after they put out a warrant for my arrest cause they said I did not appear. That causes me to get kidnapped again thrown in cell and then had to pay another bond to get out and have to check in every fucking Monday like a good slave... Fucking Bastards.. and steeple who swear n think they are doing right and/or I'm just doing my job.

Like the Judge said, Its up to the state the proof of burden not him..Then after when it was over the Judge said out loud, seems you have defended yourself well. Cause I said let's take it to trial but the answer put forth must then be answered and proven at the trial to which I already have evidence for that I am not SURETY FOR THE NAME...cause he was the same judge for my case in 2014... The PD lawyers were trying to say I was incompetent. The judge even asked them to be present for the trial and they said no..that they would find some kind regional lawyer shit... that when the state finally spoke and gave in.

Surety. Remember. If you have SURETY, then you have AUTHORITY. It's why they don't want to say that Pete Daoust has surety in his matter. They know that HE knows that with SURETY comes AUTHORITY.

My mother, Neens Jean used the Notice of Mistake to get my brother out of prison. Since then Chris Evan has been teaching us about surety and accounting.
