When Rick Carne told me about this a year ago I thought he was talking "gibberish. Did I not KNOW I was an IDIOT? Now, "I am aware of through observation, inquiry, or information" that I was "a person who has been without UNDERSTANDING from my nativity, and whomthe law, therefore, presumes never likely to attain any."
Who am I? UNDERSTANDING cannot be presumed until that question is answered.
