David-Paul Sip is now facing a SHOW CAUSE hearing for contempt, AFTER RETAINING COUNSEL. As a result, the three years of work that this group represents, is now going to be wasted.

He decided to "scare them" with "Scott Duncan says HI". I warned you people about this. This FRIGHTENS THEM. You say it after you have won. "Scott Duncan says Hi" is NOT something you fucking open with!

Well David-Paul Sip attended a hearing WITHOUT COUNSEL (Agency) and ANSWERED QUESTIONS!

The question was "Are you trying to influence this court"?

He answered "That was not my INTENT".

1: The ONLY reason you go to court, is to INFLUENCE it.

2: NEVER EVER EVER EVER DECLARE INTENT IN COURT! EVER!

He didn't even answer "no", which is STILL A LIE. Yes you ARE trying to influence the court. It's WHY YOU ARE THERE!

As if that's not bad enough, lying and declaring INTENT means you don't even get to rebut their response.

Now David-Paul Sip has attached MY name to his idiocy, and will be "made an example of" because they have him LYING ON THE RECORD...and then BACKING IT UP BY DECLARING HIS INTENT! If you don't INTEND to INFLUENCE the court, then you INTEND TO HARM IT. The court can now claim status of INJURED PARTY. The INJURY MAKES THEM A PARTY!

What is the LEGAL definition of "influence"? Spoiler: It means to enhance or benefit. LOOK IT UP!

He couldn't have answered with "I'm not authorized to answer questions" or even "I don't feel comfortable answering without counsel" (who is now off the hook, surety-wise)! No, he had to appear "clever" and "smart" by using "smart people words" like "that was not my intent.

The burden is on the opposing party to prove INTENT. NEVER MENTION INTENT IN COURT! EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The credibility of THE TENDER FOR LAW as a source of what is true, is now tainted, because some idiot wanted to "look cool", and attach MY NAME TO IT.

...and so they will "make an example" of him. Other parties will declare "That's what happens when you listen to Scott Duncan".

Like Gail Marie, David-Paul Sip will stop publicly declaring that I am not in any way responsible for their ignorance/stupidity, and eventually tell tales of how he was "blinded" by what I was saying, just like Gail Marie does.

The Quatlosers will call him another "victim" of what I teach here, all because he wanted to appear "smart" in front of strangers.

I can fight off the Gail Marie crap, but not TWO examples. I'm tired of having my name attached to YOUR STUPIDITY. Now it will be used to discredit the whole group.

Pete Daoust was the only one to really get the point of all this.

Scott, I won't deny that a lot of time has been wasted here. But I think that maybe the value of the time spent is being somewhat understated.

Your claim to telling the TRUTH, and having NO VICTIMS is not in the past-tense. There is simply one more 'example' that can be easily taken out of context and used against the work here. But those are essentially just LIES. And what else is new from the Law Society?

If the Law Society had simply hired a few patsies when TTFL first started, to spend a few months in the group, and then purposely fail in court, throwing around the name Scott Duncan and TTFL group, would that have similarly painted TTFL as a waste of time? If so, I think we're giving in to these pieces-of-shit too easily.

I won't deny the lackluster performance of the group. I mentioned a long time ago, that one of the most surprising things about TTFL was how few people seem to be paying attention; how few people seem to be following your work.

For anyone not up to speed on what that work is, it may be some of the most important, relevant, and imminent work our species is currently involved with, if only for the future accomplishments that may be made possible on its account. What is that work?

Scott, when I inquired as to how much of our precious time we really must spend refuting the bullshit made up by idiots, the response was quite one-sided.

Their bullshit has to be stood up against, EVERYTIME.

You say you've kept your promise; well for four years I've been witness to it, and then some. You've done more, and risked more, than anyone I will likely ever know.

I would never claim you owe anything to anyone here. Quite the contrary, to you a debt is almost certainly owed, one that I think you would accept. One I would likely never be able to repay, but should certainly spend the rest of my life trying to, and in your eyes, would probably fail to.

But as I understand it, that's what The Tender For Law is. A place where we can point to the out-of-context/half-truth 'examples' that the Law Society uses, and cut through their bullshit. Publicly show people the obvious(or not so) non-sequiturs and straw-men that they use to get away with their pretense. Shine the light of truth on their deception-through-ignorance.

Whether David-Paul Sip, or any other man or woman does or doesn't start singing the same song as Gail, or any other for that matter, doesn't change the truth, nor this public record of that truth, which is visible for any thinking individual to see.

And from our side of this thing, it seems to me that their positions, no matter what they are, can't be the defining factor of whether or not TTFL is a success or not.

Had I not been attracted to the flame of truth this group represents, there's really no telling what bullshit I would have blindly wandered into.

But I was, and one of the most important things I've learned, is the value of ASKING the question. Not just having a question, but the act of actually asking it. So I have to ask Scott:

Is there no way to maintain/hold/save the value of this group? Must we really concede that David-Paul Sip's ignorant, mistaken public statements are all it takes to taint this pantheon of truth? Can the conditions of this test not be changed, so to speak? If anyone is a master of doing so, its you.

David-Paul Sip doesn't understand the truth, so doesn't know how to respond, when asked about it. "Are you trying to influence this court?" is a legitimate process question. YES is the correct answer. The only reason ANY PARTY is before the court, is to INFLUENCE it.

Since the LEGAL DEFINITION is the ONLY DEFINITION THAT COUNTS, IN COURT (Despite recent lies to the contrary, by the redoubtable Larken Rose), let's look at what INFLUENCE means LEGALLY

First, INFLUENCE is PROPER or IMPROPER, with PROPER being PRESUMED. EVERY action in court is PRESUMED to be PROPER unless the presiding authority declares otherwise.

For the record, the CORRECT "Cool and smart" response to "Are you trying to influence this court, is "PROPERLY SO, as is my duty".

"No" is the wrong answer.

"That is not my intent" is quite possibly THE WORST answer. As I said, you NEVER EVER EVER say the word INTENT in court. EVER. let ANYONE except you, use the word, because the burden of proving INTENT is not yours. EVER. Saying "That was not my intent", EXCLUDES THE POSSIBILITY from that point on. If you do not INTEND to "influence" the court, you are there to harm and/or impose burden on it. That is MORE than enough evidence to SHOW CAUSE, and that's what's happening here.

They didn't even have to cheat. They win.

The reason they fear ME, is that they have to cheat to "beat" me. I'm BETTER than they are. It's just a fact. I acted Pro Se when they didn't cheat. I won every time. I can do this, because I know more than pretty much EVERY lawyer out there. A lesson many have learned the hard way. Those days are over. Now they just lie when it suits them.

...except when they don't need to. The lesson: DO NOT USE THE WORD *INTENT* IN COURT! EVER!

If nothing else, remember that. And stop trying to speak above your station. It's obvious to who you are speaking to, and it will ALWAYS be used against you in court. ALWAYS! My "superpower" is TRUTH. If you are ALWAYS TRUTHFUL, the court cannot INFLUENCE you, because to do so, would be to accept lies. Most of you live day to day lying all the time, so you don't know how to stop. That's why they don't have to cheat in court... YOU WILL LIE. You don't know how not to. It's how you are programmed.
