This man is the MINORITY. Remember the SCOTTISM "The MAJORITY is ALWAYS wrong"? Well that. The remaining UNaccountable parasitical looters surrounding him are unconcerned with maintaining any semblance of "Justice".

They will talk about being "fair" and yet MR Scott Price, the new council retained by the trustess for my Dad's Estate, states that "this has nothing to do with fairness" :/

So is Ms Justice Meredith Donohue WRONG then? She asked "How is that fair?" after I served documents (including a NOTICE OF MISTAKE) upon the applicant and/or his council. She stated that the applicant must be allowed time to respond. Funny that. I don't recall consenting to be there. Oh I nearly forgot (actually i didn't). Our consent does not matter accoring do Ms Donohue.

This is Ian Nordheimer. This is one of the few "respectable" Justices. He's stuck there. He knows everything you do, and he tries to "change it from the inside". It's futile. and misguided, but this man is who you'd want to appear in front of, if forced.

Scott Duncan has tried Pro Se cases in front of him before. Scott Duncan has said often that he would model his work after Nordheimer if he was compelled to be a "justice".

This is a guy who knows he is in "Hotel California", and unlike most who are there by choice and deserve to have their eyes and thumbs removed, Mr Nordheimer is making the system pay for his lot in life.

This is the only "activist justice" you will find.

Scott Duncan gave us all a long lecture about him. You'd probably get one now, if he could.

HOW? I thought Ian Nordheimer was a JUSTICE. He CAN"T be a "Judge" as there is no proof that he holds the public trust.

THERE ARE NO JUDGES IN ONTARIO.

You gave them up when you gave up grand juries.
