This is Ian Nordheimer. This is one of the few "respectable" Justices. He's stuck there. He knows everything you do, and he tries to "change it from the inside". It's futile. and misguided, but this man is who you'd want to appear in front of, if forced. Scott Duncan has tried Pro Se cases in front of him before. Scott Duncan has said often that he would model his work after Nordheimer if he was compelled to be a "justice". This is a guy who knows he is in "Hotel California", and unlike most who are there by choice and deserve to have their eyes and thumbs removed, Mr Nordheimer is making the system pay for his lot in life. This is the only "activist justice" you will find. Scott Duncan gave us all a long lecture about him. You'd probably get one now, if he could.

I stand corrected. Merci Beaucoup! I recognized the name as I recall various articles over the years about this man. He is the minority then which would be "comforting" if it did somethingg to change reality :(

And I would accept that lecture from Scott as unpleasant as it may be.

I can't help to think of all that GENERAL ATTOURNEY's money to he created with "proper representation."

A Toronto "Judge" did this, did he? HOW? I thought Ian Nordheimer was a JUSTICE. He CAN"T be a "Judge" as there is no proof that he holds the public trust. THERE ARE NO JUDGES IN ONTARIO. You gave them up when you gave up grand juries.
