You have no entitlement to 220v. Look at the ACT/CODE/STATUTE that chartered the hydro infrastructure in your State and/or municipality, and you will see that 110v is the STANDARD and 220v is COMMERCIAL.

I got the shut off notice today. It was dated 5/13/16 and post marked 5/13/16 with a Pitney Bowes post mark. It really looks like this is mail fraud. I'd certainly like to think otherwise, but I really think this was withheld intentionally.
