I told the lawyer, in writing, to STOP sending bailiffs to my door. Reason is, since the bailiff MARTIN MERCIER entered my home without my express or tacit consent, my kids are terrified by baillifs.

He answered via fax, changing all the words I used again. It seems that they don't like the words I use, anyhow, this fax talks about some "PROTOCOL" in regards with the case they created.

NO WHERE, since the beginning of this affair, neither of them mentions the Charter of Rights and Freedom, no where....

But they keep bombarding me with this "Code of Civil Procedures", they rely EVERYTHING on this code.

They want me to fill and SIGN this protocol thing.

Here's what will be my answer to this....

I will COOPERATE and fill and sign this thing, but I need you FIRST to respect, admit and recognize the Quebec Charter as the fundamental LAW that has precedence on all other LAWS in Quebec. As soon as you SIGN this, I will SIGN your stuff.

Of course, it will be written in French, and will be beautifully written :P

And it will be filed into the case at the court house....

They just don't want to even say outloud "QUEBEC CHARTER", it's like they are allergic to it.... :/

Weird.... :/

How will I have my fundamental rights recognized if they don't recognize the Charter ? :/

Oh, and "Security for Cost" is not something they want to talk about :D

They are saying that 9175-2790 Quebec Inc has to be represented by a lawyer. No problem, I need "security for cost" for that.

There's Trust's Interests" in this.

9175-2790 Quebec Inc act as TRUSTEE in this, the only reason WHY they are even in this, is because I "systematically" give EVERYTHING to FTP TRUST. And these liens has been given to FTP TRUST, so it was only logical that 9175-2790 QUebec Inc registered these liens, as trustess of FTP trust, right? :)

Inform him that the FAX is for BUSINESS and they are consuming resources. They are to use REGISTERED MAIL ONLY.

Inform them that EFFECTIVE (choose any date), Government and law Society members UNDERSTAND that you charge $100 per page to receive their NON COMMERCIAL correspondence.

I think of this sometimes, CRA seems to RESPECT and RECOGNIZE these fundamental rights so far......is it because it's Her Majesty who ENACTED them ?

It seems to me that Her Majesty still have some kind of respect from Canadian Agents, for QUEBEC.....

I don't know for sure, but the fact that Her Majesty enacted these fundamental rights has an effect in Canada :/

Her Majesty enacted this.....

Your only obligation is to inform the provost marshal, when agents/officers of the CROWN commit crimes on behalf of HER MAJESTY. All you have to do is PROVE you NOTIFIED them.

In the US, the right to overthrow the government is only "legal" if you inform the Provost Marshal of your intent... If you don't, you will end up fighting the army.
