So in regards to liening my name. I am 15 and I have never had one of those things called jobs. So how do I determine if I have given any value to my PERSON that I have?

Also, I have seen that I have to acknowledge being in RECEIPT of the BC by the time I am 16, 18, or 20. Which fucking one is it? :/

The person is indebted, since its ratification. So yes, it does have value :D

But the legal guardian is your mother and/or father for now....they are the ones who act as ADMINISTRATORS for that legal entity.
