Let say CRA demand MONEY. You feel it's not right, but you're a complete ignorant. You can't give $3k to a lawyer so he can lie to you. You come to me, I don't charge you anything, maybe $35 to open a file, which you will claim back from CRA. So, after spending an hour with you, teaching you how cooperative you have to be in all this, a "security for cost" will be demanded to CRA, because you have no surety, and CRA have it all :D

The cooperation won't move forward until "security for cost" gets deposited in this Public Benefit Corp. And of course ACCOUNTING will start then :D

Unless, of course, that man or woman does not have the RIGHT to the SURETY of his/her PERSON, right? :/

Damn. I amended the restrictions of the Articles of Incorporation for MIMI last month. It changed from being ' unrestricted' to being a 'trust holding company' and a 'Public Benefit Corp'. Today, I received a phone called from the Registry of Companies pertaining to the changes made and that the Director needs clarification on such. So, the director has some questions for me about my intentions of having a public benefit corp and wants to know it the corp has a valid license under the Trust and Loan Company Act. :O Correspondence was mailed out March 1 and 'Wrong address, return to sender' was received by them today. They did have a typo. Mini, not Mimi. I am unsure what happened and am still investigating.
