my legal aid appointed duty council gave a plea for obstruct police (lesser assault with intent to resist) with a conditional discharge after a year of probation......access to information told me I should qualify for legal aid for my judicial review application of my unsubstantiated OIPRD complaint, but I can't find council to provide a client ID so I can obtain a certificate number
