Despite this: "Commissioners by virtue of office may take affidavits without applying to the Ministry of the Attorney General for a commissioner appointment."...the Attorney General's office has these forms to fill out: Application Forms and Information Guides Commissioner for Taking Affidavits: General Application Form available in PDF or HTML Student-at-Law/Law Student Application Form available in PDF or HTML Renewal Guide available in PDF or HTML Guide for Newly Appointed Commissioners for Taking Affidavits in PDF But fuck their forms. lol ( a little play on words). :)

Are the 3 citizens SURETY, at least until they remove that presumption, for the documents they notarize? Here I'm thinking about Sino being held as surety - which is a reference that is a bit like trying to find the similarities/differences between apples and oranges. I don't want to encourage friends to ACT as a NOTARY if they are going to potentially find themselves charged like Sino was. Any extra precautions/steps they/I should take? Should I/they give a NOTICE first to the Attorney General, that they will collectively ACT as a Notary and give him x days to respond?
