Eamonn O Brien
So earlier today was the scheduled hearing. Upon my arrival I checked the register outside the courtroom door (the register lists the defendants and prosecutors) and EAMONN O BRIEN wasn't listed.
I went to the court's office and asked the woman behind the desk to check the status of the case for me. She asked was I EAMONN O BRIEN to which I replied "Im here on that matter, I administrate legal matters for that person".
She refused to give any information unless I said I was EAMONN O BRIEN.
I left for home at that point. I wasn't waiting around for up to 3 hrs to find out if it was going ahead.
Scott has pointed out that by her REFUSING to COOPERATE she has denied EAMONN O BRIEN due process and that I should DEMAND the matter be discharged as the sole authorised administrator for the PERSON.
