So earlier today was the scheduled hearing. Upon my arrival I checked the register outside the courtroom door (the register lists the defendants and prosecutors) and EAMONN O BRIEN wasn't listed. I went to the court's office and asked the woman behind the desk to check the status of the case for me. She asked was I EAMONN O BRIEN to which I replied "Im here on that matter, I administrate legal matters for that person". She refused to give any information unless I said I was EAMONN O BRIEN. I left for home at that point. I wasn't waiting around for up to 3 hrs to find out if it was going ahead. Scott has pointed out that by her REFUSING to COOPERATE she has denied EAMONN O BRIEN due process and that I should DEMAND the matter be discharged as the sole authorised administrator for the PERSON. This is my first draft of the letter I will send...

I don't suppose you got the clerk's name/Id#? Aside from that, this pretty much covers it.

Remember, if you can pin a NAME to SURETY, then you don't have it. At the moment it's arguable.

No. I don't think quick enough to realise the situation Im actually in til it's over... My guess is the name was called and a bench warrant issued for non appearance. I'll get the letter sent off tomorrow so at least I'll have done what I can...

ALWAYS get NAMES. If they ask a QUESTION...ANY QUESTION, you IDENTIFY WHO'S ASKING! This is NOT a "think fast" thing! IT'S COMMON BUSINESS PRACTICE!

The ONLY reason to get someone's NAME is to ATTACH SURETY.

It's why cops, and government workers get twitchy when you start taking names.

You need a NAME for JOINDER. Then you can attach SURETY. That's the ONLY reason police talk to you; TO SEEK JOINDER.

LEGAL = THE "LAW" OF SURETY AND ACCOUNTING.

Some clarification needed... So yesterday, having the notice filed in the case file, I was attending the hearing in a detached capacity. Not to administrate but to establish on the record that there was no evidence of surety or agency for the principal for the PERSON that was being charged. However, now that I've sent the letter DEMANDING the matter be discharged, I've now stepped into the administrator capacity, surety is arguable but not definite... Correct?

They are simply going to attach the burden to you. Think more basic. TRUE, or NOT TRUE. That's it. Look at Pete. He want's them to WRITE that he is a slave.
