every one, person and owner
 quiconque , individu , personne et propritaire
every one, person and owner, and similar expressions, MEANS HER MAJESTY AND AN ORGANIZATION;
Yup. that works. :D
Law is hysterical, until you realize it's all made by pseudo-intellects who have no real worth in the real world, and they really mean it, to the point where they will send thugs to enforce it.
The definition that I still find funny and that I can say opened my eyes and led me to start questioning again is:
"Canada, for greater certainty, INCLUDES the internal waters of Canada and the territorial sea of Canada; (Canada)"

It's tough to beat " every one, person and owner, and similar expressions, MEANS HER MAJESTY AND AN ORGANIZATION" with the understanding I have gained in the last two years in the Tender for Law.
