It's going to be a HUGE problem. CANADA may have signed the TPP, but QUEBEC can say "Fuckings Yous" to the TPP and there is NOTHING they can do about it. They will need to have a rigged referendum where they try to convince the world that Quebec doesn't care about French, or Property rights and voted "Yes" to the TPP. That's when the REAL riots happen.
