Shortly after the death of his common-law wife in 2007, Robert McHugh spent $6,000 to purchase a mobile home in Boulder's Vista Village. Earlier this month, the 61-year-old McHugh was told his home for the past nine years was no longer his and that he had 15 days to leave.
