Let's revise it to LEGAL = THE LAW OF SURETY and ACCOUNTING. Just so we're not confused.

WHICH "LAW" do you speak of when you say "LAW". The word LAW doesn't appear ANYWHERE on government forms, acts, codes, or statutes.
