I always send intrustions and consideration with these Bill of Exchange, that's why I can call them "Bill of Exchange", it's says so in the inscructions :/
They also have the instructions on what to do with those, if they would decide to REFUSE them. Just send them back and I PROMISE I WILL "PAY" :/
