If the person is not liened, that's all you can be, as a party, Janick Paquette. The "Sole Authorized Administrator. If the person is liened, then you let the TRUSTEE post NOTICE. Or, I have good reasons to believe that one can give "power of attorney" (procuration in French) to another "person" that one trust.
