Are you at a BANK or a CREDIT UNION?

Banks are "franchises" for the Bank of Canada, remember. Credit unions are not.

I've been preparing for this day, I'm sure they will be going after payroll next. I've managed to stash enough cash for 6 months of rent and food.

Why don't give them a call, and ask for what is the amount of money they want? You could then print one of these remittence on their website and administrate that debt. :/

I was wondering why no remittance was sent, that is the plan. I called at lunch and they want 29k. What is the link to print a remittance? It's time for proper administration of these public debts :P

Once it's done, if ever they are going after the payroll, you will then be able to supply the employer with an AFFIDAVIT affirming that the debt has been settled :D

Proper adminstration requires a bank of canada stampon the front, that will create 3 parties, stamp the back with the BC REGISTRATION # and a stamp for a signature. Is this correct? Pete

If the person uses a private mailbox can a process server or anyone sending you invites to appear in court use that location? or do they need to give you this face to face?

I have a vessel. She's called AQUILAE HYAPATIA. On that vessel (mostly women) there is a 14 year-old girl. She's Indian. She's 5`1, weighs 90 lbs if she's an ounce. She could kill you before you could finish the thought "Holy Shit, she's going to kill me". at least 10 men learned this lesson the hard way. The women wander around Xemar (Mogadishu) with NO male escort and REALLY like demonstrating what a bad idea it is to inflict violence on somebody of greater physical stature. That 14-year old wears the dried testicles of a man who tried to rape her, at 12. She's also 14 and wonders why boys are afraid of her :D

From the Scott is always right department....I happened to talk to a stranger today who happened to work for a Bank that I used to use a long time ago. Somehow this came up in conversation as well as moving my business to a Credit Union. His response was "I keep my money in a Credit Union too, but it's unfair competition as Credit Unions don't pay taxes." This was at the end of the conversation and I didn't have time to ask WHAT taxes. Not 30 seconds after this, a colleague said that one time the IRS cleaned out his bank account for back taxes, but didn't touch his funds in a Credit Union. :D

I closed my savings account with RBC as the CRA seized it, I had a fair amount in my RRSP which is group and untouchable. Without the seized account the only thing on the books was the RRSP. I probed them on the phone today and the account lien vanished with the Account. :P So I went to a branch that has never seen me or dealt with me and gave them a sob story of being toss out on the street and that I needed that RRSP monies right away, they said it takes 24hrs and I wined a little more and they changed their tune. No shit this is what happened after I claimed article 1 section 2 of the ICCPR, they said they will give me bank cash today, open a temporary account for themselves and deposit a check that I signed to remove the RRSP transfer tomorrow and give themselves back the cash. I walk out the door with 3400 and found that BTM that takes up to $8000 in one go. HaHa I win
