This is just a guess but it looks like someone is trying to get out of a mortgage. She is trying to get the bank to show where the debt originated.

Mortgage are privately contracted. She's is not asking question who really own her house and/or to be given the original copy of her contract as it worth money and is HER property and/or if she can discharge public debt with the surety of the person.... She seem to be trying to get out of private contract on basis... well who cares why it's for selfish reason it seems like, sorta as if she's part of the Club and she feels entitled to it. I sorta clinched at "Executrix" and tried to remember when the Admiral mentioned that word... I'm going to look up that word like immediately after this. I maybe have missed he day where that was mentioned. Why can't people honor their voluntary contracts?

We are registered as a negotiable security interest through an operation law and this bond allows for discharge and setoff of public debts (taxes), would we send to the Registrar General and say here you signed it and are qualified to do the accounting please take care of this?

secured by the creation of this negotiable security interest? They instead try and get us to ignorantly provide the value and sweep us all up as if we are government actors performing a function of government. Would a lien prevent these law society lawyers from attempting to do commerce with the person we have knowing that the attorney general cannot act as a banker for them?

That would be up to the GRANTOR. Theoretically I don't have the BENEFIT of CREDIT, but I have VALUE, so they GRANT me the benefit. All LIENING does, is claim the EQUITABLE VALUE.

Notice that the second you start asking uncomfortable questions of government, you end up talking to an "ACTING Supervisor"? That's why. When they send you to an ACTING DIRECTOR/MANAGER/SUPERVISOR, it means you have struck a nerve. NEVER accept a NO from someone who doesn't have the authority to give a YES.
