"...a Justice of the Peace or provincial court judge". Where does one find a "provincial court judge"?

They can be found in the provincial fantasy closet of lies..next to the unicorn's.." No judges, only justices"..

Lol! You won't find any provincial court judges and that's why only the "Justice of the Peace" is relevant. And yet since the Admiral has pointed out the lie (which should be obvious to EVERYONE reading by now, right Dan "Lien your Name" Wilson?) I think it may be worthwhile to ask the "magical good courts" this question. :D

Suddenly I prefer a JUDGE over a "Justice of the Peace". Why? "Because I fucking said so, that's why?" And when I meet with a "justice" I will have to ask that he and/or she PROVE that they are IN FACT a JUDGE :P
