I'm not sure if I have grasped this but it seems that a NEW legal person with the title JUSTICE was created and then is quickly made DECEASED. If I am focusiing on the mechanism then this would likely be to avoid any SURETY for the crimes commited as JUSTICE. Excuse the shit stain if I am mistaken.
