A guy came to me, he wanted to discuss the CONCEPT of PRIVATE PERSONS with me. I said yes, sure.
Then he said he have spent hundreds of hours studying the CONCEPT of PRIVATE PERSONS. I said great. Then I asked him for the legal definition of the word CONCEPT, and the legal definition of PRIVATE PERSON :D
O am still waiting, it's been three days now :/
