Just went to have a certified copy of my PERSON's Birth CERTIFICAT at a Notary but was very surprised at the price for ONE!!! :O 25$ = 1 certified copy

So the receptionist told me that I could check with another notary across the street... so I did...

Turns out they don't give the services if you are not a client with them. But if you are, the service is free! :O

So I went back to the first notary and told the receptionist that I had a will made with them, under the same name, a few years ago and so would they offer the same service as there competitor?

She said "no!". That's the price! :O

So I asked if I had more documents made, would she reduce the price?

She called the notary and came back with an incredible price of

50$ = 5 certified copy! :O

Fuck!

How much did some of you pay? From what I read, 1$ or 2$/copy, right?

When you NOTIFY someone of FRAUD (NOTICE OF FRAUD) you should claim copyright to all materials, documents, and correspondence. This gives all commercial VALUE of those, to YOU, not THEM. They DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION to use these instruments...

...but you have done none of the preparations. Right now a moose wandering around up north has the same rights as you...

Easier said than done! When you don't connect any dots and don't remember 3/4 of what you read and that's when you DO understand what you read! I feel like running around in a circle, not getting anywhere with this!

Everything! You guys are always exchanging about this and that (Trust, holding corp, money, ...) and you keep sharing and commenting stuff on FB .... where do you get the time? I don't process half of what you do and I don't even work! :/

That was 2 years ago. I do not know if they still do that. They like changing the rules. If the rules haven't changed, the Commissioner of Oaths at the local police station can do it for you, Kent. Save you the walk downtown.

The receptionniste at the notary office told me "assermenter", so I figured that was the term in French and notarise in English but "sworned in" was the translation for assermenter.

So then it's Notarier = Notrised Assermenter = Sworned in

When would you offer a certified copy of the birth certificate then?

Or is THAT document only NOTIFIABLE?

That is refering to Scott saying:

Copied documents would normally be certified as true copies of an original. When a document is notarized the signatory is certifying the document is true and correct, and the notary/lawyer (whatever) is witnessing this certification.

So, I went to the bank to see if I could get a certified copy of the birth certificate from them, and they did in deed gave me the two copies I asked, no charge. Yeah! :D

In French it's called "Copie conforme".

Now I stopped at the notary with that certified copy and asked if this was good enough to send to the bank of Canada or if notarising it would be better.

So the receptionist called the notary and she was told that if it's from a bank to a bank that it was OK if it was certified by the bank's manager, which it was.

After asking the receptionist a few questions I saw that she was confused about the difference between the different ways to certify a true copy of a document. But it came down to what was written in Wikipedia's link I posted yesterday, that, it depends on what the other party is asking.

Me: So you don't know WHO signed that warrant, right ?

Baillif: Are you trying to catch me in some tort or something ?

Me: I have all the good reasons to believe that YOU ARE in some shit with this thing.
