I don't have a direct quote handy but I was just reading an old post earlier wherein Scott Duncan was commenting on Ayn Rand... He used the analogy of the dual barbed wire fence at a prison. The point was that there were people expected to wake up, and a second layer of programming was in place to capture those folks as well.
Folks like these at Quatloos certainly appear to fit with that. Of course the Tender For Law crowd is used to digging deeper aren't we? :D
