Well, for starters, I've read every post and comment on the Tender for Law except perhaps ones I was blocked by the poster.
I've not seen one instance in which Scott ever accused anyone of being an agent of ANY bank or government. I do recall Scott stating that due to the shear numbers and content, they are most likely here. But never "various" (notice the plausible deniability left open here), nor specific people.
