Example: The Quebec Revenue Agency conducted a criminal investigation on the legal entity named PIERRE DAOUST. They have conducted that investigation through the chartered accountant, and it has an effect that the chartered accountant stopped servicing every affairs involving the person named PIERRE DAOUST. He got scared :/ When I approach another chartered account, and tell him/her the truth on WHY the previous chartered accountant stopped servicing, they don't want to offer their services... :( I would have to LIE to get a new chartered accountant, it seems so... :/ Now, I want to have an audio of that criminal investigation conducted by QRA over the phone with the accountant. I know QRA record all calls..... Should I claim, demand or request this audio ?

They asked the accountant, he said he never thought such a thing about me......but he is scared that if he continue to serve, these guys (QRA) will make him troubles......

Why would you claim/demand anything? At the end, it's all surety, and accounting. Principal and agents. They can conduct any investigation they wish. So what if PIERRE DAOUST is found guilty of some offence? :/ I guess that's the PRINCIPAL's responsibility to ANSWER to such claim, right? if you are an agent of PIERRE DAOUST, wouldn't it be in your best interests to notify the principal of an aggressor? As far as the other 2 entities, as long as the accounting is balanced, there shouldn't be any issues, yes?
