I informed them my intent here is to identify the party with SURETY (a la Captiane Pete) and that I am the lawful holder in due course of a "statement of birth" and "birth certificate". I gave them opportunity to inspect these documents which they refused claiming "anyone could have these documents" Nope... the bitch justice demanded WRITTEN authorization from the PERSON. :/
