I find funny that they talk about legal stuff and pretend it applies to none commercial activities. If you have a person, by default commerce is implied... it's always commercial.

Unless, of course, you DISCLAIM (Remove presumption) your intent, with something like: NO COMMERCE EXPECTED AND/OR IMPLIED! CASH UP FRONT OR PAY WITH YOUR CUNT! ...or something similar :D
