Dougie? Oh he's not my problem. I sold that debt. 10 cents on the dollar. Those that I sold it to have a reputation of collecting all outstanding debt. I think they will do well for themselves. I hear one of those collection agents accepts eyes and thumbs as currency! This works well with lawyers. They NEVER harm anyone again with their signature! :D I'm all about the Legal and Lawful, even if those entrusted with it, aren't. Those that I sell to, on the other hand, have no such restrictions.

By "eyes and thumbs" I mean retinal scans and fingerprints, of course! I wouldn't want anyone to think anyone accepts actual eyes and thumbs! The black market organ market is in free-fall. Too many people sign those organ donor cards. The market is totally flat. THESE "SECURED INDIVIDUALS" want information, not body parts. It's not my problem anymore, ANYWAY. I'm just watching the clock tick down.
