Chris, I have not liened the name yet. I am currently reading a post in which Scott has stated that "ALL CLAIMS MUST BE SETTLED before you lien the name". The legal Name / person / legal entity I happen to have has an outstanding claim currently and should be concluded later this year. Once it is resolved I am planning to lien the name as soon as possible.
