This seems like a diversion tactic. I've seen this from "Dan Wilson" before. He focuses on the word ELECTED hoping folks will forget that the topic is JUDGE vs JUSTICE.
The admiral has pointed out that CANADA did have actual JUDGES. I do not recall when then ended, but Scott has mentioned this too.
