A friend of mine just got off the phone with the Quebec Health Care Manager.
This guy told my friend that he CAN'T put the word MAN, and the word PERSON in the same phrase on these document they are sending to us, because it won't pass their LEGAL department.
EVERY document these guys are sending has to be approve by their LEGAL department. And MAN and PERSON can not be used in the same phrase :P
