Not even the Ontario Legislation Act (which seems to be the provincial equivalent of the federal Interpretation Act) defines "Justice" or "Judge". This Act does define "Peace Officer" which includes a "justice of the peace", "individual", and "person" though ;) http://www.ontario.ca/laws/statute/06l21#BK104
