Well first, it's THE STAR.

There are NO JUDGES IN ONTARIO!

NONE!

There are JUSTICES

There are JUSTICES OF THE PEACE.

THERE ARE NO JUDGES IN ONTARIO! NONE! I DEFY YOU TO SHOW ME ONE!

*crickets chirping*

You said:

Scott Duncan: "THERE ARE NO JUDGES IN ONTARIO!"

Is there a judge somewhere else in Canada, then?

Quebec calls their "Justices" "Judges" because they are Civil Law Jurisdiction. They aren't. JUDGES are ELECTED to hold the public trust.

...a JUSTICE is APPOINTED.

...or name ONE "Judge" in ontario.

There has not been a Judge since 1982.

We have private mail from Man Wilson.

https://www.facebook.com/man.wilson.73

Man Wilson: Re "there are no judges" -- There are judges. It's mentioned over 600 times in the Courts of Justice Act https://www.canlii.org/en/on/laws/stat/rso-1990-c-c43/latest/ and throughout case law http://www.canlii.org/en/on/#search/jId=on&text=judge&origJId=on

Me: Fuck off, Dan. ;)

I wonder why he did not just name ONE "Judge" in ontario?

So pay attention to what this dipshit says! He says it's mentioned in the "Courts of Justice" act...

...but cannot name even ONE JUDGE.

...he'll say "Justice" and "judge" are the same (Lies: Judges are nominated/elected by the community. Justices are APPOINTED) but only to distract you from the fact that THERE ARE NO JUDGES. A Justice doesn't have to follow the "Courts of Justice Act" because a JUSTICE IS NOT A JUDGE!

A JUSTICE IS NOT A JUDGE, SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO FOLLOW THE RULES.

If you are compelled to a courtroom, demand to be heard in front of a JUDGE AS DESCRIBED IN THE COURTS OF JUSTICE ACT.

If they say that a "Justice" is the same... DEMAND PROOF! :D

Because he can't. He can only point to Acts and Statutes that misuse the word "judge" in the very manner that The Star does. Man Wilson knows that "JUDGES are ELECTED" and that APPOINTED is NOT EQUAL to elected. He wants folks to believe that if something is written on paper then it must be true.

OMG! And there you have it. Thanks for this Scott and Fuck You "coWARD WILSON". It should be clear why the courts and the state are NOT following their own rules anymore.

All he does is show all of you the scam hidden in plain sight.

Now you can't UN-see it.

A JUSTICE acting as a JUDGE is the same as a SECURITY GUARD claiming they are a POLICE OFFICER.

A Security Guard ENFORCES POLICY just like a POLICE OFFICER, but you would NEVER accept a claim that a SECURITY GUARD is the SAME as a POLICE OFFICER.

If they force you into a courtroom, demand to be heard before a JUDGE (As described in the Courts of Justice Act), not a Mall Cop :D

Fuck now I finally get why there are no "De Jure" courts. Call it a "slight of hand" but the JUSTICES are not required to comply with the COURTS OF JUSTICE ACT because they are NOT "judges". There are only DE FACTO courts of INJUSTICE.

NOW you get it

It's gems like these that make me appreciate all that lying sacks of shit like YOU do to keep the PUBLIC safe "MAN WILSON" :P

"Courts of Justice Act" = Clubhouse rules for a club NOBODY IN THE COURT IS PART OF!

Fuck me...NOBODY in the court is even a member of the club. Think about that! :o

What has Dan Wilson taught you today?

1: THERE ARE NO JUDGES IN ONTARIO 2: THERE ARE NO DE JURE COURTS IN ONTARIO 3: THE COURTS OF JUSTICE ACT COVERS JUDGES AND DE JURE COURTS 4: THE COURTS OF JUSTICE ACT DOES NOT APPLY TO EITHER THE COURT, OR A "JUSTICE".

...so, thanks for helping to expose the scam, Dan! :D

:D

His puppet-masters will NOT be pleased. :D

Adrian Thomson; He can't mention one JUDGE in ONTARIO, for the same reason YOU can't. BECAUSE THERE AREN'T ANY.

Fuck, he just soft-balled that one in there, didn't he? :D

You guys can't un-know this. :D

I think Man Wilson should continue trying to prove you wrong Scott Duncan. The more he tries the more folks learn and come to know that the Admiral is ALWAYS RIGHT. I'll have to post more Toronto Star articles :D

Oh fuck, please don't.

Dan has proven to be quite entertaining via his many profiles. He really likes us.

To the casual reader: *insert name here* Wilson, creates profiles JUST FOR ME. As reticent as I am to play the "mental illness" card, that sort of thing kind of fits. If I find myself creating Facebook pages JUST for a specific stranger on the Internet, I think I am going to just kill myself, because my brain would be too broken to repair, if I did that....

...So he's Psychotic, and/or he works for the Government (The two CAN'T be mutually exclusive by their very nature).

"Scott Duncan Adrian Thomson; He can't mention one JUDGE in ONTARIO, for the same reason YOU can't. BECAUSE THERE AREN'T ANY."

That was exactly what I was thinking when I posted my comment.

Dan clearly knew what the challenge was before he made his post to Leigh Collins, but instead of actually naming ONE "Judge", he attempted to obfuscate and misdirect, thus proving Scott is right. :)

I don't hide. I don't LIE.

I make it VERY clear that I DO have an agenda, and that Government is the target.

None of these things are new. You ALL know this, so I'm free to say/do what I wish.

"Dan Wilson" is only here to lie. He's deployed because of the damage I (and some of YOU) do to the system at large; We erode a specific part.

I have initiatives elsewhere that NONE of you know about. They all do the same thing to different parts of the System. they erode these key parts. The system will just seize up one day.

The thing that "Dan Wilson" and his puppet masters are incapable of grasping, is that I'VE ALREADY WON. I had already won in 2009. It's 2015 now.

WE. ARE. COMING.

**cue ironic parallel**

https://youtu.be/nVUFGSgtaDg

:D

"...I finally get why there are no "De Jure" courts." In case anybody missed it...NUGGET ALERT! Scott Duncan insists that folks understand the MECHANISM. Well I FINALLY see the mechanism and understand HOW the law has been STOLEN from ALL OF US.

Why is it more disturbing to now KNOW something I already instinctively/intuitively understood?

Because you didn't understand until Dan Wilson showed you :D

I suspect Danny boy will get his paycheck cut in half this week :P

HAHAHA!

Eamonn O Brien. on cop's dog that can sniff "money" :D

This is fucking hilarious !!! :D

Better drink your own piss.

Hey just to help me put all the pieces in a way the my brain process nicely.

The reason it's de facto an injustice court and that there are only Justices and no elected Judges is a because we have an old system of Trust Law that is being cleverly replaced by a Legal Justice Court, is that correct?

I think it's because we have a "out of control" public debt, and a lots of greedy bastards wants to PROFIT from it as much as they can.....

:D

The people responsible have all bailed long ago.

if that is correct it will make sense as in why when you say "clubhouse" rules and we're not part of the club that would mean that the trust law system that was established before was FOR Nobility and we are not.... we are not "you".

We are part of Maritime Admiralty jurisdiction and therefore, not oversought by Trust Law Jurisdiction... but by Legal Courts, like good little piece of assets the our person provides our rulers.

( ahah moment of a sudden understanding of the underlying structure)

Yes. LEGALLY I am "More Equal" than you. :D

Steph, it took me a while too...but I'm 'Murikan, my program was a little different than yours.

This thread is GOLD! :O

So........about this undertaking I've agreed to by learning here. Does this include Adam Thomas?

Kill Adam Thomas with fire and magnets.

...it's important.

Ok. Just checking.

Stay on topic! :D

DAN WILSON HAS TAUGHT US ALL THAT THERE ARE NO JUDGES IN ONTARIO, EVEN THOUGH THE "COURTS OF JUSTICE ACT" TALKS ABOUT THEM.

YOU CANNOT SHOW ME EVEN ONE JUDGE IN ONTARIO!

ALL SWAPPED OUT! ONLY "JUSTICES", WHICH AREN'T COVERED IN THAT ACT! :D

But who cares ? ...it's in Ontario fuck :P

Here, in the States, we haven't had Judges since 1791 when this piece of legislation came out:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Judiciary_Act_of_1789

They left an out in the Act....a "savings to suitor" clause which they largely ignore these days

Dude... stick to what Dan Wilson taught you. :D

In case you missed yesterday's late breaking news, agent "Dan Wilson" taught us that

And we can't UN-know this :D

He's gone awfully quiet! :D

I have 11 new messages.

Yes but do any of them address what has been posted here! Chaff doesn't count. :D

The messages are from Dan. Content is questionable.

Did one of those messages include an example of an Ontario judge Leigh? All agent Dan has to do is produce ONE (1) example. How hard can it be? :D

I would have accepted Admiral Scott Duncan as an example. I sit as Judge Advocate General for AQUILAE at least twice a year. Dean Clifford actually attended one of those courts. There were cookies!

...but he didn't even do that!

Here, I have just awoken. I can't pick the bones out of it , yet... ( I am not editing Dan's spelling)

ttp://www.ontariocourts.ca/ocj/general-public/what-do-judges-and-justices-of-the-peace-do/

learn 2 google

they dont care about your beliefs. canada dictates how canada works. you dont go into their court and tell them what a judge is, they tell you. you have no superior lawful position. it's their court their law. the courts were created for enforcing canada's constitution and laws. they cant rule about anything outside of that. they're not paid to.

scott is lost in freeman land, thinking he can outsmart the system that completely belongs to them.

who the fuck cares about how they define their judges get your own life/society

you empower canada by even talking about it

"Generally, it is only appropriate to use the term "judge" when speaking of an anonymous or general position, such as "the trial judge," or when referring to a member of an inferior or provincial court such as the Ontario Court of Justice." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Judge#Canada

again, you don't decide what things mean for canada, they do. so ask them don't try to define it yourself

Wow... that. Just Wow.

The Canada section just PRESUMES the title of "judge" on a Justice.

THEY ARE NOT THE SAME THING!

A JUDGE IS NOMINATED AND ELECTED BY COMMUNITY CONSENSUS TO HOLD THE PUBLIC TRUST.

A JUSTICE IS APPOINTED.

Wikipedia's pseudo-definition notwithstanding.

"they dont care about your beliefs" .....That is NOT true, :D

They PRAY for you to be INFECTED with lots of them :D

I have seen it, with my own eyes....

HAHAHAHAHAH!!!! :D

When you walk up to them, with no beliefs, they just jam there and don't know what to do... :D

So "Dan Wilson" is a frontman for SLAVERY, and he does not give a shit about it. Thank "god" he is so worried about "us." He really cares for us, as a master cares for his dogs.

The best part is that everytime "Dan Wilson" types anything, he opens a "can of whoop-ass" from the Admiral.

Keep them coming, "Dan"! :D

I almost want to unblock him/her/it :D

It's not worth it.

I know....I know.... :)

The ONLY productive interaction, with someone serving the Law Society, is with a bullet, or sharp stabbing instruments.

...followed by fire and magnets. :D

"284 full-time judges" - So why can't Dan Wilson show me any?

You'd think with 284 of them to choose from, producing ONE should be EASY! :D

I was wondering why "Dan Wilson" would refer to Wikipedia for a definition of judge and then write about how CANADA defines judge but not actually refer to the ACTS and STATUTES he seem to like circle jerking to for said definition.

I could find no definition of "justice" or "judge" in the COURTS OF JUSTICE ACT but there is this from the Provincial Offences Act...

Interpretation

1. (1) In this Act,

...

court means the Ontario Court of Justice; (tribunal)

judge means a provincial judge; (juge provincial)

justice means a provincial judge OR a justice of the peace; (juge)

http://www.ontario.ca/laws/statute/90p33#BK1

So... these only apply if the Province is "offended"? :D

justice means a provincial judge OR a justice of the peace; (juge)

Remembering that there are no homonyms or synonyms in law the key word here seems to be "OR" is it not? It does not say "and" or "and/or". This seems to mean it is either one OR the other.

That's exactly what it means. It's essentially a LICENCE for a JUSTICE to ACT as JUDGE.

Lol! I see a LICENCE to perform an ILLEGAL ACT. I thought it meant a justice does not need to be a "provincial judge" and since there are no judges in Ontario, by process of elimination then that leaves "Justice of the Peace"

Justice of the Peace is NOT the same as JUSTICE.

A Justice of the Peace is there to ENDORSE ATTORNMENT, and NOTHING ELSE. It's why they need NO LEGAL TRAINING.

Ohh! That explains a lot!

Endorsing Attorment is their "job"!

Transferring "something" to someone else.... :D

Ohhhh...I see! So by "It's essentially a LICENCE for a JUSTICE to ACT as JUDGE" would this also mean that it's essentially a licence for a Justice to ACT as a Justice of the Peace also?

Endorse

To sign a paper or document, thereby making it possible for the rights represented therein to pass to another individual. http://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/endorse

Justices do BAIL hearings all the time!

I'm sure Dean could tell us about that...oh wait! http://www.zazzle.ca/free_dean_again_basic_white_mug-168219800928534904

"Justices do BAIL hearings all the time!"

Yes, and you better be one of these "something" that needs to be transfered :P

But, but what do they TRANSFER exactly ? :D

OWNERSHIP OF YOU

:O

You mean our persons, right? :D

You = person

Just checking! :P

No... YOU! They always talk to YOU.

Ah now I'm confused. You is word to joinder to the person then?

That's why...

Are you addressing ME ?

I am not a YOU, I am a ME, if by answering to YOU I have led YOU to believe that I am the party with surety in this matter, that would be a mistake and please forgive ME.

The US is the ONLY place left where JUDGES exist.

...oh, and Bolivia.

https://youtu.be/poL7l-Uk3I8

:/ I've never seen an election for a Judge.

In Florida I have seen elections for Judges. Real judges.

"Since 1780, Massachusetts judges have been appointed for life by the governor with the consent of the governor's council. "

http://www.judicialselection.us/judicial_selection/index.cfm?state=MA

Ok....so apparently they exist, just not in every jurisdiction,

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Retention_election

It's the same in our "civil law" jurisdiction here. Everyone is appointed.

The other day I was having a conversation in a car. We were 6 folks in the car, 2 of them lawyers. The lawyers were having a conversation about "judges" in PR.

So there was a moment that I just could not resist and interfered, and I said "Well, last time I checked, I could not find any "judges." A real jugde holds public trust, after the celebration of an election. What we have are unauthorized ADMINISTRATORS appointed by the governor."

After my comment, it was the most unconfortable silence I have ever witnessed.

There's just none in CANADA.

Dan Wilson showed us that! :D

6 in a car? :-o ...I know where the hotel room issue comes from now :/

Lawyers were in the trunk ? ...

Actually it was a Mercedes SUV. :P

Oh, so you were in the trunk ? :D

6 in a car in Puerto Rico and you are surprised?

Yes, I was in the trunk. I was speaking using a walkie talkie. Does that count? :D

"TRANSFER THE OWNERSHIP OF YOU"

From where to where ? :)

My answer would be :

From the PUBLIC, to the CUSTODY of the court......

Hahaha! My wife just asked me if my "friends" from Canada believed I was "poor." I told her "No. They believe I am VERY poor, which is different."

No, I KNOW you are rich, and greedy :P

And she will agree with me, I am sure :D

Look at this :D

http://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/custody

So...

"TRANSFER THE OWNERSHIP OF YOU" From the PUBLIC, to the CUSTODY of the court......right ? :)

Poor, I don't care, nor for rich. But what I do know is that you have negative accounting with me. :-D I let you borrow a winter hat 2 years, never saw it again....interest on the debt is still accruing. :-P

I left the hat back in November of 2012 at the Tycho Brahe, and I believe Derek Moran took it. I also left a winter coat/jacket in there. If you see the Bitcoin Expo pics we took back on April of last year, you will see the Admiral wearing it. Oh, I also left a pair of gloves in there. Blame the PRIVATEER! :P

Not even the Ontario Legislation Act (which seems to be the provincial equivalent of the federal Interpretation Act) defines "Justice" or "Judge". This Act does define "Peace Officer" which includes a "justice of the peace", "individual", and "person" though ;) http://www.ontario.ca/laws/statute/06l21#BK104

Oh my. Dan Wilson's puppet-masters are not going to be pleased!

If you find yourself in a hole; STOP DIGGING!

Ohhhh....looks at this:

http://thefreethoughtproject.com/obama-signs-bill-creating-blue-alert-warning-system-protect-cops/

ALL of you are responsible for this.

Shit is about to get real bad. I can see the writing on the wall. And it's in my backyard.

You have shit in your backyard? Chicken shit does not count!

I was referring to the Martial Law in Watertown over the bombing and the Nazis, ahem, I mean cops, marching down the street making up a bunch of bullshit stories.

Hey, you could always head north! :D

...for now! :/

Do not invite him up here, Janick Paquette. He is Murikan! Death occurs when Chris, is around. He is needed at home. :)

Are you racist Leigh Collins?

I am not racist. Just chriscist.

She wants me.... :P

I'll take the dirty spic. See, Janick Paquette, I am not racist. ;)

*greasy

So, back to the topic.... :P

Pete Daoust: "TRANSFER THE OWNERSHIP OF YOU"

From where to where ? :)

Hahaha. dan Wilson is surety!!!

Sorry, just saw that Scott liked the post Pete Daoust wrote earlier! :)

YES!

...fuck!

Leigh, I just booked my flight! Get ready "My Lady"! The Howard Johnson is awaiting, hahaha! (It's a joke, ok!)

Greasy spic with dirty (bad) jokes. I love it!

I've turned all of you into horrible "racists".

...I'm so proud :D

LMAO!

I dont think anything is horrible in this group.

ALL of you are horrible. Your ignorance and collective apathy are why I even have anything you want to listen to... and even THEN it's ALWAYS AFTER you have been victimized.

No Michael, there are LOTS of horrible things in this group.

A friend of mine just got off the phone with the Quebec Health Care Manager.

This guy told my friend that he CAN'T put the word MAN, and the word PERSON in the same phrase on these document they are sending to us, because it won't pass their LEGAL department.

EVERY document these guys are sending has to be approve by their LEGAL department. And MAN and PERSON can not be used in the same phrase :P

It must amaze you how awesome I am...

...I see it from the inside, so it's a different view. :D

I knew that, but it's the first time I see a government agent saying it.... :D

They don't like the word "Man" :D

"And MAN and PERSON can not be used in the same phrase" ROTFL! :D They especially do not like the word MAN (or don't RECOGNIZE it anyway) in court. :P

They can't even ALLOW it into court.

"They can't even ALLOW it into court." As I discovered lol!

Sorry guys, busy installing very powerful cctv's. Will get back later :-D

They are handy! I've got them everywhere.

Wow...just wow! "Dan Wilson" LIKED my earlier post which follows...

"I was wondering why "Dan Wilson" would refer to Wikipedia for a definition of judge and then write about how CANADA defines judge but not actually refer to the ACTS and STATUTES he seem to like circle jerking to for said definition.

I could find no definition of "justice" or "judge" in the COURTS OF JUSTICE ACT but there is this from the Provincial Offences Act...

Interpretation

1. (1) In this Act,

...

court means the Ontario Court of Justice; (tribunal)

judge means a provincial judge; (juge provincial)

justice means a provincial judge OR a justice of the peace; (juge)"

Fuck does everyone see what he's done lol!. By liking this "Dan Wilson" you are affirming that Scott Duncan is right when he writes THERE ARE NO JUDGES IN CANADA :D

Pay attention! justice means a provincial judge OR a justice of the peace; (juge). NOTICE the word "OR". It is very important.

This is AWESOME! You liked this too "Dan Wilson"...further affirmation that Scott Duncan is always right :D

"I think Man Wilson should continue trying to prove you wrong Scott Duncan. The more he tries the more folks learn and come to know that the Admiral is ALWAYS RIGHT. I'll have to post more Toronto Star articles :D "

Ya, Ya David-Paul Sip. He liked my comment, too. Big deal. That is his way to catch your attention because Dan made a new post @ Scott Duncan on Man Wilson's wall. :P

I don't care that he liked my comment Leigh Collins :/ What is wrong with you? Do you really think a "like" from "Dan Wislon" means something beyond his being sweet on you? Lol!

I ONLY care that "Dan Wilson's" likes are evidence that he agrees with the Admiral and can't tell his head from his asshole :P

What is wrong with YOU, Sip? How can you assume his 'likes' are evidence that he agrees with the Admiral. Dan ain't sweet on me. He likes Scott. But Scott won't let him play in the playground.

Because the comment in question refutes his claim.

It has nothing to do with personal feelings for anyone...

I think that Danny Boy was thinking that David-Paul Sip's find proved his position.

"How can you assume his 'likes' are evidence that he agrees with the Admiral..." Because "the Admiral is ALWAYS RIGHT" can only mean one thing...that the Admiral is ALWAYS RIGHT. Oh and because I said so. :)

A "like" is a "like". Who has time to figure out some fucktard's motive? So I avoid any ASSUMPTION and take it for what it is not what I believe it to mean. :D

Wow Ceit...this "Dan Wilson" would have to be a special kind of stupid to reach that conclusion. Like I said when I began "Wow...just wow!"

Right... Well, be noticed that when I like something, I could like it, hate it, or just acknowledge that I have read the comment, or being liked to mark my spot.

Carry on, Soldier Sip.

Here, what the newfie just said :P

Dan has brought this to my attention and it is apparently his response to/for Scott, the Coward-miral, who blocks everything from everyone.

( :O (and I made paragraphs) )

So, Admiral, this is for you...

Re: Scott @ https://www.facebook.com/groups/tenderforlaw/permalink/831091613593439/

"A JUDGE IS NOMINATED AND ELECTED BY COMMUNITY CONSENSUS TO HOLD THE PUBLIC TRUST." - Claims require proof. Where do you get this from? With a simple search, I see the term "Justice of Peace" used at least as far back as the 1600's in England (see http://www.oldbaileyonline.org/browse.jsp).

To my knowledge, judges (or justices) were not historically elected in the English system. Canada is an internationally-recognized Sovereign state. A sovereign state can set up whatever courts and terminology it wants. It can require or not require election of judicial officers as it chooses.

Your personal/foreign law means nothing to them. Thinking otherwise is sovereign citizen/freeman wishful thinking and a mistaken understanding of Public International Law.

Well surprise surprise...looks like we GOT MAIL :D Thanks for sharing Leigh Collins. So let's see if I'm following this correctly. I call "Dan Wilson" a coWARD and he replies with "Coward-miral" :/

I am NOT surety for Dan.

He watches here ALL the time. Think about it....

So basically "Dan Wilson" it's ok with slavery, because historically it's ok. Fuck these religious prechers of law society scripture! We KNOW it's SLAVERY! Your fucking rituals are non-withstanding in reality, "Dan."

It looks like Max is making some connections :D

It's ALL your fault, Admiral Scott! :P

Do I have to Chris? Does that mean "Dan Wilson" thinks we are entertainment lol!

I think he is required to....

We just sum up this phenomenon with the term "Magic Parchment Syndrome".

Notice I know the bible BETTER than ANY Piece-of Shit Christian. I'VE ACTUALLY READ THE BIBLE. (ALL of the Piece-of-Shit religions are filled with people who've never actually read the bible)

I know the LEGAL tomes better than ANY lawyer or professor of law, because I'VE ACTUALLY READ THEM.

From the thinking right department, we should let Dan in here. :D

Hmmmm....I can already smell the shit stains. Projectile diarhea shit stains. It could get really messy inviting a stalker into your home.

He would bring up shit we haven't thought of yet and Scott would tell the truth. It would be perfect

"Dan Wilson" endorses magic parchments. He thinks harm should come to those who don't obey the magic parchments, and sells the bulshit that he's doing you a favour by telling you this.

I endorse kicking "Dan Wilson" in the face.

"Dan" does not need to say the truth, he does not have to prove the Admiral is wrong. All he needs to do it's plant a seed of DOUBT to get the old programming to take over. His "job" is to plant doubt in anything the Admiral says. That's enough.

Oh look. Man Wilson is like raping my comments.

I think Scott can tell the truth without allowing "Dan Wilson" to leave skid marks everywhere. Watch...

"To my knowledge, judges (or justices) were not historically elected in the English system. Canada is an internationally-recognized Sovereign state. A sovereign state can set up whatever courts and terminology it wants. It can require or not require election of judicial officers as it chooses." << Man Wilson

Look how hard he's trying to convince you of what you know is not true. To what end?

This seems like a diversion tactic. I've seen this from "Dan Wilson" before. He focuses on the word ELECTED hoping folks will forget that the topic is JUDGE vs JUSTICE.

The admiral has pointed out that CANADA did have actual JUDGES. I do not recall when then ended, but Scott has mentioned this too.

Ok, can we let Dan Wilson in, so I could ban him for good ?

Fuck off with this idiot, really ! :(

It ended in 1982 as part of the UK CANADA ACT (1982). See how that works? :D

Lol! I wanted to write that but did not want to misquote a revered admiral in the process :D

This Horror that is the Constitution

Fabricated without us, against us and in our back

It's the Country of OTHERS....

Ren Lvesque. 1982

:P

I was too young to know or remember JUDGES. No doubt this is partly to blame for why the term JUDGE is carelessly interchanged with JUSTICE. Nobody NOTICEd the change, just like they didn't NOTICE what the "repatriation" of the constitution really was.

Were these judges actually ELECTED in Canada before 1982?

FUN FACT: Canada USED to have GRAND JURIES. That gave people too much power over police and Crown Attorneys. Now it's not even a faded memory, and the border-line retards in the US wouldn't know their power if it slapped them in the face. US Grand Juries are a fucking joke that can just be used as a rubber stamp.

The Crown Attorney was not even allowed to CHARGE you without the permission of AT LEAST 25 People from the community. Now people are too ignorant to even grasp what they have lost.

Notice how this "Dan Wilson" piece of shit ENDORSES your slavery.

THESE magic parchments are the REAL magic parchments! It says so on the Magic Parchments! Seeing Magic Parchments for the bullshit they are, is just "wishful thinking".

Well Dan, I actually PAID for that "law" and I didn't get what I paid for.

It's all attached to the fraud of the Birth Certificate, and I am telling people that they can functionally neutralize your beloved Magic Parchments by LIENING YOUR NAME!

TL;DR: LIEN YOUR NAME.

UNTIL YOU DO, IT'S THEIR NAME.

DAN WILSON SAYS: LIEN YOUR NAME! :D

Really...Canada had GRAND JURIES too? It's like all this information has been expunged from memory. :o

I've waited a "reasonable" amount of time, and there is no refutation from him, so it stands!

LIEN YOUR NAME! DAN WILSON SAYS SO! :D

(I'm just following the rules of his Magic Parchments! Don't look at me!)

DAN WILSON says: LIEN YOUR NAME!

Ahhhh I see. So if I UNDERSTAND it DAN WILSON says: LIEN YOUR NAME! I can ENDORSE this! :D

But if it hasn't been a historical tradition among slave handlers, I mean how can it be possible, right "Dan"? :D

Slave Masters can set up whatever "courts", and terminology they want. They do not need a judicial election, fuck that! They are slave masters, and you must be ok with it! "Canada" it's an internationally recognized slave camp, so magic scriptures, rituals, and parchments are the order of the day. Don't believe me? Look, it's in the "Law society" scriptures, so it MUST be true! Of course, that is all "to my knowledge" which could be very selective if my check gets affected.

Dan Wilson is a contradiction, it seems. He CLEARLY endorses your slavery, but he just recently said LIEN YOUR NAME. As reticent as I am to side with him on this issue, I fear I MUST concur; LIEN YOUR NAME.

Dan Lien-Your-Name Wilson endorses slavery. It's strange.

Remember what this little weasel is trying to distract you from! He starts talking about Magic Parchments to stop you from LIENING YOUR NAME. He says he wants to "help" you by keeping you enslaved.

Fix that by referring to him as Dan Lien-Your-Name Wilson. In fact I'd like that to be the rule henceforth. Don NOT mention Dan Wilson again. You are to ONLY refer to him as Dan Lien-Your-Name Wilson.

That's Dan Lien-Your-Name Wilson. Please use all the words :D

Like A Pimp Named Slickback. :D

Dan Lien-Your-Name Wilson.

That has a better ring to it... Kinda rolls off the tongue when spoken out loud.

Dan Lien-Your-Name Wilson. :D

NOW I want to talk about him ALL the time! :D

Dan Lien-Your-Name Wilson :D

Why the fuck do they use parchments?? That's expensive paper. :P

MAGIC Parchments.

Croaky? That's the best name you could come up with? :D

Magnets. I still haven't figured out why magnets.

Magnets are cool in ways you can't yet understand... That's all. They actually serve no real killy purpose :D

As your knowledge increases, that value grows. :D

*Sigh* I step away for a couple hours and return to "Dan Lien-Your-Name Wilson" and "Croaky". ROTFL! :D

The frogs are UBER cool Kent. I'm still fucking laughing!

Thabk you Dan Lien-Your-Name Wilson

hmmmm...all quiet on the Dan Lien-Your-Name Wilson front. :-/

He can't respond quickly, because he has to clear it with his handlers first. Croaky explains why. :D

Ok. So, Dan Lien-Your-Name Wilson it is! :D

If we used rare earth magnets on Adam we could take his fingers off and cauterize each one..... oh my i have said to much.

Yes a finger between 2 of those will be gone shortly

You are neglecting the fire part.

You could have him swallow a powerful one and then send him to that hardware store Kent Barrett.

Then maybe burn the whole store

RECAP...

What has Dan "Lien-Your-Name" Wilson and his trusted sidekick Croaky taught you today?

1: THERE ARE NO JUDGES IN ONTARIO 2: THERE ARE NO DE JURE COURTS IN ONTARIO 3: THE COURTS OF JUSTICE ACT COVERS JUDGES AND DE JURE COURTS 4: THE COURTS OF JUSTICE ACT DOES NOT APPLY TO EITHER THE COURT, OR A "JUSTICE".

I figured remove fingers and cauterize the nub. The we can renove them all and can him nubs for a few minutes

It seems Dan Lien-Your-Name Wilson ( (y) ) is now "obligating" Scott to "prove your claim that elected judges have ever existed in historical English law", and we accept.

There never were. Before 1982, JUDGES were appointed by regional authorities, and often ran for elections on platforms based on who they would appoint as regional Judge. The FEDERAL government was not involved, beyond oversight.

Distraction over.

LIEN YOUR NAME.

PS - This is not an invitation for discussion. That takes time you aren't paying for, and the Admiral does a fine job exposing your lies.

I did not know that there used to be an OFFICIAL office and title of JUDGE in Canada. Merci Lou Manotti :D

I can only remember there being Justices but I appreciate the lengths Dan Lien-Your-Name Wilson goes to in his effort to prove the admiral wrong. He has inadvertantly taught us more than we may have known otherwise.

And the bonus is it comes at the expense of his own credibility. But do not be deterred Dan Lien-Your-Name Wilson as your are helping folks immensely.

NOTICE that the OFFICIAL title attached to any man wearing a black robe is JUSTICE and NOT Judge. REMEMBER, there are no SYNONYMS in law. There are no HOMONYMS in law. I learned this from a wise Admiral :D

Beware of the 10th edition of Blacks... ;( Like maybe "Zombie baby rape Jesus" it seems like now, they are "okay" with making stuff up as they go.

Pete's law dictionary is safer..... :P

As I can tell, there are only a few of us who have liened the name. To the rest of you.....what the fuck are you waiting for?

Pete's Law Dictionary sucks.

I'm only mentioned ONCE, and only as regards Boat Bunnies...

That was someone from Ptolemy, on Lou Manotti's post last night. ...spilling the beans before I have a chance to :P

Remember what Dan Lien-Your-Name Wilson is trying to distract you from. LIENING YOUR NAME.

"That was someone from Ptolemy, on Lou Manotti's post last night....spilling the beans before I have a chance to :P"

They can't let you have ALL the fun Scott now, can they? :D

Scott, did you ever read this guy George Mercier?

He seems to identify a jurisdiction person, banking contracts, and jurisdiction. I don't sense any freedumb after 12 pages of Invisible Contracts.

Oh. Just found a Heavenly Father reference. It was on point up until now.

This brings up the very important, and still unanswered, question of why is Scott the only one who tells the truth.

Through the first 10 pages of this thing I read was nothing but pure genius. Then a fucking lie. He argued that I would be judged similar to a tort by a Heavenly Father.

How is it that he could be right about banks, banking, law, jurisdictions but still succumb to religion? How does this guy know about the juristic person, contracts, etc and can't see the bullshit religion offers?

Why is Scott the only man who seemingly can? The only one who doesn't lie? Why?

Fuck I can't figure that out. Anything I say is at best an ignorant guess. I say cause he knew about social engineering at a young age. So it is in his base programming thus is easier to identity

If he is one in a million, there are millions of him. I think that they need our ignorance. Scott doesn't pander to it for reasons that support his agenda.

Chris Evan This brings up the very important, and still unanswered, question of why is Scott the only one who tells the truth.

It got answered the other day Chris Evan.

Scott Duncan is the only one because there can be only one.

I had to go and watch the Highlander movie again to get it. Scott cuts off the head of all the others I think :) hahahaha

Where was this?

Little voice in the back of my mind whispering...

*mega person*

Chris, I have not liened the name yet. I am currently reading a post in which Scott has stated that "ALL CLAIMS MUST BE SETTLED before you lien the name". The legal Name / person / legal entity I happen to have has an outstanding claim currently and should be concluded later this year. Once it is resolved I am planning to lien the name as soon as possible.

All claims? Like a mortgage? Or car loan? Also I would lose the ability to "legally" drive?

I have Much to prepare before I can Lien the Name.

Oppsss....Ozzy wants to get in the group :D

Ozzy Osbourne? :O

Do you know another ?

WOW!

He has to go through BF2142 first....not sure he'll pass the .dll fuck up though :/

Pfft. He has PERSONS to do that for him.

I would love to shot Ozzy in the head in Battlefield. With whatever is left of his brain, it must be fucking easy to continuously kill him. Run him over with the jeep while he screams "Sharon!"

Where is that post you are reading, Bart?

Hi Leigh, it was in a post that michael a Rivera listed last week on 7 or 8 pdfs of information from the The Tender for Law on an app called the box. It's in the first pdf on about page 80. I'm using my mobile at the moment, apologies if that is unclear. You could also search The Tender For Law under All Claims must be settled before you lien the name. B

pg 82 I found it

Volume 9

Michael, liening the name doesn't mean you, the grantor, can't use it. It removes the ability for any other party to securitise it...

ALL CLAIMS MUST BE SETTLED.

Interesting. So, if someone just acquires a mortgage, are they fucked? or is the instrument settled in say.....30 days?

This is on the presumption that a mortgage is a claim.

hmmmm....is it? What about a car loan? etc....or is a claim a court case?

http://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/settle

http://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/Claim

Doesn't this simply mean that the accounting is balanced?

Like Scott said, something to the effect of follow what the United States did. Well, they never paid off the King and he maintained a claim after they settled.

The person i have has many things to account for...... I am also still dealing with my wife...... i have 2 kids to consider and because my wifes actions they have persons too.

I still have not figured this out enough. The pieces are swirling in my sad brain. I have minimal value to offer at this point outside of the contracts i must complete before i can resign

I am apprenticing in a trade union and will get stuck with another bill if I do not complete it.

Michael Atkins, please listen carefully to this guy, in this 60 seconds video you'll get EVERYTHING you need to know.....FOCUS !!!!!
