So, how can we (me and this police officer) "proceed if this cop wants to attribute to me a juridical personality wiothout the rights that comes with it ? :/ :P

On another note, there's this article 333 of the civil code of Quebec I am trying to grasp..... 333. The judgment confers juridical personality from the date it indicates. It in no way alters the rights and obligations existing on that date. A copy of the judgment is transmitted without delay by the clerk of the court to the authority which accepted or issued the constituting act of the legal person. Notice of the judgment shall be published by the authority in the Gazette officielle du Qu�bec. 1991, c. 64, a. 333; I.N. 2014-05-01. The constituting act of the legal person ? :/

That police report is hilarious.
