Article 332. Civil Code of Quebec.
332. Any interested person may intervene in the proceedings or contest a judgment which, in fraud of his rights, has attributed juridical personality.
1991, c. 64, a. 332; 2002, c. 19, s. 15.
So, how can we (me and this police officer) "proceed if this cop wants to attribute to me a juridical personality wiothout the rights that comes with it ? :/
:P
On another note, there's this article 333 of the civil code of Quebec I am trying to grasp.....
333. The judgment confers juridical personality from the date it indicates. It in no way alters the rights and obligations existing on that date.
A copy of the judgment is transmitted without delay by the clerk of the court to the authority which accepted or issued the constituting act of the legal person. Notice of the judgment shall be published by the authority in the Gazette officielle du Qubec.
1991, c. 64, a. 333; I.N. 2014-05-01.
The constituting act of the legal person ? :/
hmmm.... :/ So I looked here: https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/table_civil_code for something similar. And nothing. It seems to be documented much better iin quebec.
That police report is hilarious.
At one point they seems to be very angry by the FACT that I refuse to identify my self as a LEGAL PERSON, and a little bit further they seems to be outrage that I do identify my self as being the SOLE authorized Administrator of the LEGAL person I happen to possess :D
HAHAHAHAHA!!! :D
