You mean, someone cashed one of these Bills of Exchange you've sent to them ?

I am not sure they cashed it....I think it may be a little different here, as the holder of the security is in receivership. I think they accounted for it and were credited.

A completed accounting instrument is a Bill of Exchange or check or similar. This one was completed and transferred to the U.S. Treasury for deposit in exchange for debiting the water account. It seems that the IRS did the accounting

The last bill I received has a lower amount due than previous bills received. I've not "paid" this in 2 years.

Nah....no congratulations. I barely know why it worked. I was just mentioning here because it did. However, I sent 7 of these around the same time period and the only one that was "processed" (or whatever they do with it) was this water bill

It makes sense seeing as all the organizations of the UNITED STATES and its subsidiaries are in receivership, however, the Peabody Municipal Light Plant that the City of Peabody owns still turns my electricity off.
